I'm asking all of you Cheese readers and Bajans in the diaspora to continue to pray for our Prime Minister David Thompson, who is battling pancreatic cancer.
This is indeed a trying time for the nation, but especiall fro his wife and children.
May God be with them all at this time.

Almighty God awaits your request
Pray my friend for the PM who isn’t his best
Request that God takes the PM’s cancer away
And if you pray earnestly God will end this dismay
Your prayers are important every one of you
Every man and woman every girl and boy too
Regularly stop and take moments from every day
Take quiet times to stop, to bow, to kneel, to pray
One flicker spreads miles in the dark of night
Dozens, hundreds or thousands when they spread their light
Are capable of moving all darkness away
You can collectively move this cancer if to God you pray
